Drake lived 13 beautiful years and gave us everything. He was the reason GrayMuzzleShop exists. Watching him slow down in his final months taught us that senior pets deserve every comfort we can give them. This store was built in his memory. 💔
Lilly — CEO (Cat Executive Officer)
8 years old. Runs the entire operation.
Lilly doesn't take meetings before 10AM, approves all product selections personally, and has final say on everything. She is the reason our senior cat collection exists and she takes her role very seriously. 😂🐾

Luffy — Chief Chaos Officer
6 months old. Still in training.
Luffy joined the team in 2026 and immediately took over quality control — mostly by knocking things off shelves and demanding attention during important meetings. He keeps morale high. 😂🐾
Human Operations Manager
Humans handle the things Lilly and Luffy can't — like shipping logistics, customer service, and making sure 10% of every sale reaches animal shelters in need. They answer to Lilly. 😂🐾
