All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products and our supplier relationships, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color selections. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@graymuzzleshop.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
